This film is rather tame as could not hear any horns.....lol...

In Poland if you are caught speeding you pay an on the spot fine of 10 zl
if you have no change and only have 20 zl the police man will often say he also has no change..
Then he will keep the change and allow you to speed etc as you have already paid for your next ticket.

I have that car! It's in the garage waiting to be fixed up. It was gonna be my first car - my dad got it for about 100 squid and was gonna do it up all spanking for me - but he never got round to it... so now its sitting around waiting to be pampered lol
