Um, good question. I think you just sort of ...erm... hang them off the phone like a charm. Some of 'em light up when you get an incoming call. Not sure if that one does or not - but ain't it cute, anyway??

With the bell underneath, I'd say that it was more like one of those novelties you put around your cats neck....
You know, the ones that drive you mad about 5 mins after you fit it and then you end up spending 2hrs chasing it so that you can take it off again...
