OK, so mine cracked a few years ago, and like me you probably found out that Honda have stopped supplying them. Eventually I bought a pattern one online from Japan, and got some relatives to pack and airfreight it to the UK. A thread on it is here http://www.u-ukhbc.co.uk/vbb/showthr...ght=windscreen and three years after getting it fitted I've had zero issues with it. Getting it properly boxed up, sent across, and clearing import was a massive pita. It might be worth asking one of the Japanese parts suppliers if they would receive it in Japan, box and send it to you.
Thank you for the offer of your mrs, but at my age the sensible thing for me to take would be your kidney ;-)

Hi. I ordered one from nugen from Japan. Paid a fortune to air freight. Only to find they packed it in a cardboard box... Funnily enough it arrived aty front door in small pieces... I am still after one.. so I don't mind going halves on shipping if your not too far from Bournemouth...

Not sure if you still looking for a windscreen?
It might be worth checking with Torque GT who are a JDM specialist based in Devon. They just ordered for me a carbon fibre bonnet and Saito 4 point roll bar for my Beat (both bulky awkward items) from Japan and were significantly cheaper than if I tried to ship it myself.
They buy a lot of cars and spares from Japan so I am guessing if anyone here in the UK can get you one and ship it over safely it might be them.
Thanks I will look into torque gt
I got mine through JDM Garage in Devon. They will buy from yahoo.jp for you and import it in a container. In total it cost me about £320 and took 3 1/2 months to get here. Don't forget to get a new rubber surround (73151-SS1-003) as this will be destroyed getting the old one out
Just to conclude on this thread. Yes Torque GT were great. I provided the information on where to purchase the windscreen in Japan and they sorted the rest. Took around 4-6months to arrive in the UK but only cost £200 all in. Need to go and collect it though so make sure you have a big enough car.
