exhaust catalyst sensor

My mate's renewing stuff in the engine but a bolt sheered when he removed the catalyst. This is the only part from Honda Japan he can't order. He will attempt to drill it and use a bolt but in case he has no joy I said I'd ask here. Cheers.

i had to drill all three of mine out in the end!

Thanks, I suspect it's that one. He's hopeful he can do it..... We're just waiting for a few more parts to arrive and then he'll rebuild the engine.

regardless you'll have to drill/press them out. you could use a generic stud of the same spec, i just tacked 3 bolts in place so they were captive.

part number for stud is - 90065-PC0-000

they are 10x35.5
