I think they are pretty scarce. Mine broke recently and I was going to buy a pair that are used on the Accord (lots on eBay) that have a white line rather than a dot, but I managed to epoxy it back together and it seems to be holding.

They were still available from Honda, I think they still are. Will check availability and price when I have my laptop on next. Used to be about £13 if I recall.
