Does anyone recognize this beat bumper/side skirts?
I really like how the front is designed to look like modern civics.

After some minkara searching i found the owner
http://minkara.carview.co.jp/userid/...949/parts.aspx
It's a modified HALFWAY type 1 bumper.
I like how it curves up around the headlamps.

Looks similar to the Spiegel Japan kit I bought:
I was looking at the Spiegel kits as well, but shipping something that big from japan is woefully expensive.
I managed to get a Racing Hammer lip and side skirt kit for much cheaper.
I'll have to paint it myself, but saves quite a bit on shipping costs and looks pretty good with the existing beat bumpers.
Kool, can you supply a link to the parts for the rest of us Canucks?
I just go to auctions.yahoo.co.jp
I use Google Chrome and installed the google translate plugin.
It translate the whole page in real-time.
If I find something I like, I let the guy at Ask Network know.
He bids on it for me.
I've shipped a ton of stuff within the last month as the car is nearly complete
Now feverishly looking for a hardtop.

I've the racing hammer front and rear lips fitted to my beat.
<<<<<<<VERSION Z>>>>>>
>>>gone, but not forgotten<<<
how hard are they to install?
i'm getting the front and rear shipped out pretty soon. be here in about a week.
the side skirts are too big, so have to send over ground with my dash overhaul
They are a good fit. Although a body shop mate sprayed and fitted mine. You may need some sealant where they join the original bumpers, use a paintable flexible sealant for a perfect job. I'd advise that they are fitted unpainted and then the whole bumper and lip are painted as one.
I had the same problem with the sides - to long to ship

>>>gone, but not forgotten<<<
they managed to find a shipping company that would do it by sea
it'll take around a month, but is much cheaper and good for oversized packages
Here's my Speigel Kit which I installed this week although on the pics, the sideskirts aren't fixed to the car yet.
Sorry for the cellphone crappy pictures.

I would be interested in asource for hardtops t5oo
Hi David,
I've seen them pop up on Japhoo every so often. I used Jesse Streeter a couple of months ago for some parts (Strut Brace etc) and highly recommend his services. Just email him with a link of what you're after and he takes care of the rest.
i really like ours - it cures a lot of interior rattles, 99% of leaking and saves a chunk of weight. taking it off doesnt take too long either, its just awkward finding somewhere to put it!
i think almost all the ones except the mugen one come from the same place:
http://imazu-s.web.infoseek.co.jp/beathardtoppsi.html - this is definitely exactly the same as my feels branded one.
Just won a US Racing hard top on japhoo!
Now to figure out what colour to paint it.
