    Wheel opinions please.

I aquired some wheels last year for the Beat but can't decide whether to use them. They need a refurb and would be finished in gloss black. What do we reckon?

Adjusted the colour of the first pic so you can see the wheel better.

they're not too bad, seen worse.
didn't do rear too black, difficult to see, but you should get the general idea.

    Go silver

Black wheels look like the wheel trim has fallen off. Silver wheels suit the car much better.

i like em - they definitely suit it! silver looks nice, how about black with the lip polished? they look a bit like the sparco beat wheels.

Cheers Old'uns. A bit of work involved if I change them which is likely. The rears need to be machined to alter the offset as they stick out a little. Then sand blasting, filling and powder coating. Sticking with black though. Not straying from the black and yella theme.

Thanks, but a bit too bling I think. A surprising post Mylee considering you aren't a fan of modified Beats.

You'd be surprised, it is a painted finish. Not full on shiney shiney bling bling corsa chavtastic

    Did you import the wheels?

True I'm not a real modified Beat fan, although I do like a wheel with suspension to suit. I'm trying to resist, but the Beat is the only car I haven't modded.

I had the wheels given to me last year buy a guy who bought the rest of the Beat that I broke. So worth spending a bit of money on them as they owe me nothing.

Substitute these yellow spokes for black. That I like.
