    Newbie here, hello from Canada!

Just dropping in to say hello and share my Beat project with you all. I'm not one for keeping things stock so after owning my beat for only 4 months I pulled the E07A out in favor of a different platform. Unlike Honda in the UK, the dealerships here only scratch their heads when I give them Beat parts numbers.
So for my first swap I've opted to use a B-series engine, a 1993 B16a SIR II to be specific. The majority of the swap is now complete, and I should be up and running very soon.

My Honda-tech build/Beat info thread can be found HERE

    Regards,
    -Scott

Yep I am in Calgary, the engine is ready for forced induction but it won't be turbocharged or supercharged while I have it.

If you're out here too we should set up a Beat cruise in the spring (if we get a spring), I'm in contact with a few other Beat owners in Alberta.

As soon as this is finished you'll be sending me your address
I thought you were still running though? Did you have some sort of catastrophic engine failure?

That sucks, it could be 1 of 4 things

    From most to least likely..
    -clutch master cylinder failure
    -clutch slave cylinder failure
    -broken clutch pressure plate
-bent shift fork (internal component of the transmission)

Very unlikely its all that bad, if its one of the cylinders, just rebuild it with a new seal, look at the parts manual its the same as an accord if I remember.

But try for the moment putting some fluid in there and bleeding it.

If its original honda, its not gonna be the plate or fork
    I have a dream
