    Parts Requested! Chip and Manual

In anticipation of taking ownership of my new Beat in 6 days now, I'd like to see about sourcing some parts.

One thing I'd like to get is a workshop manual. It can either be on disc or in print - all my other Honda Helm manuals are on disc.

I'd also like to see about getting a chip for the ECU. I don't know if mine will have a chip in it already, so I intend to open the ECU to see once I get the car home. While I'm in there I'm going to also inspect the capacitors.

For now I reckon that's all I'm after.

    Thanks!

i have a copy of the japanese workshop manual on CD and the parts lists as well (japanese also) - although they are in japanese theyre pretty self explanatory to be honest. if you want a copy ill happily send one over for the cost of the postage and the CD - should be about £4 i think. im happy to send copies to anyone else as well as long as postage/cd are covered.

That would be excellent. Should I just give you my postal address so you can calculate shipping? Will you take paypal?

Where does the line end? I'll take a copy. Upon arrival, I'll contact a person locally, who can interpret. If worthy, I'll post findings.

    New 14" rims and tires.

Anybody have fibreglass side runners or rocker panel covers? They're airfoil items that span from fwd wheel arch to the aft wheel arch. I want them for cosmetics to cover the lower body weld seams.

That's exactly what I'm looking for. Got a name or source? Or anybody want to make a mold from an existing set for muliple fabrication?

I bought them from an import/export company who specialise in cars and car parts.

They got in touch with Cozy Lights, and shipped them to the UK.

Here is Cozy lights website www.cozy-lights.net

Maybe have a chat with a parts importer near you?
