It just makes the ecu think that the air entering the engine is colder than it is, or if put in temp sender circuit that the engine temp is cooler, so bascially it just over fuels the engine.
So at some points you may have more power but not really advisable to over fuel an engine all the time like this.
just get a defective ECU with blown capacitors that will do the same.
