Following on from my thread about MOT and headlamp

Took bulb out and compared it with my spare the only

difference was that glass part was slighty skiwhiff

so changed bulb and after alot of vertical adjustment

I lined up the beams level

Cut long story short MOT passed it no problem so

car has cost me just £36 for years MOT not bad for 13 year old car

Insurance another matter after alot of phoning round even with

8 yrs no claims no accidents

and one sp30 £367 fully comp with A Flux but with no legal cover

but guaranteed no claims Oh and Im 32 yrs old

All I need now is tax £105 so total cost for year £508

Which isn't too bad for a years fun:D

OUCH:eek:

I knew the lotus was fairly expensive to insure but I didn't think it was that bad....

Good news that Mat, glad it was nice and simple in the end.
