I bet, knowing insurance companies, you still get partial blame for it though.

Steve - suggest you send your insurers a letter telling them how terribly sorry you are for having actually had your car on the road AND for alowing yourself to be in front of this plonker! Maybe they'll accept that as mitigating circumstances!!
