Adam,
whilst looking through some old threads I found a post from you with the picture below on.
Any idea where these came from or if they're still available?

Likewise the spoiler or is that a BYS with fogs inserted?

Yeh, I got some idea how its made. As far as I know this is a DIY job. A pretty good one.

These is not a bolt on unit. The three lights are separate and the black part is the cover. They are separetly mounted on the body of the car. The black part is fibleglass or plactic.

I think the guy took a mould of the original light and replicated the the glass. Then he mounted the three lights and cut the holes into the plastic. Its not a hard thing to do and I thought about it. I'll find the page again and post it up.

Sorry Tim, BYS?

BYS- Back yard special - a parts manufacturer in Japan!

It could be a BYS, or maybe a Feels front bumper, hard to tell!

The lights look great. It be good if someone manufactured these as a one piece bolt in unit to replace the originals as they are very expensive.

Front bumper is Honda Twin Cam (Feel's) 59,800 unpainted.
Or aderaide 39800 unpainted hard to tell from the small pic

Headlight units I have seen on a few cars, so they aren't DIY jobs, unless the guy has taken to selling them, will ask around at the BHearty on Nov 23rd see if anyone has a price/name etc.

Cheers

Thanks for that Adam,

The lights do look smart but the sight may as well be in Japanese (Oh! it is)

Any chance of some help here Oz?
I probably won't be alone with an order if the price is right.

OK this is what this guy did essentially, these are not the units I was talking about that are for sale somewhere, this guy bought his own HID units and remodeled some light covers which are made by BWJapan.

1. Mounted the lights in position
2. cut hole in the light covers
3. FRP remoulded the 'tunnels' for the lights
4. painted them....

the BWJapan covers are here
http://www.oct-net.ne.jp/~b-world/Exterior/feye/feye.htm
they are 9800 a set

The lights are whatever you wanna stick in there

He also mentions the minus points were that water built up in the 'tunnels' he built, so a 3mm drain hole would be needed or such to prevent water entering the lights.

I'm still going to ask where the whole units are for sale, then I'll let you know unless you want to do your own as he did. On my page there is another one, VerZ that was at this years MTB, they are the ones for sale see How Far can you go? on the page

Cheers

I think this might be the bolt on unit
