They are called ChoroQ's the info on them has been on the page for a while in collectibles, they are really expensive for what they are though, essentially a penny racer, pull em back and off the go, about 6cm long.. they come in all the flavors of the beat. A company called RSMach produces the basic four colors still, they threatened to take my site to court because I used the image you linked to on the homepage, that's why they now have the huge BROS PLANNING watermark on it.....
