Um, good question. I think you just sort of ...erm... hang them off the phone like a charm. Some of 'em light up when you get an incoming call. Not sure if that one does or not - but ain't it cute, anyway?? :D

With the bell underneath, I'd say that it was more like one of those novelties you put around your cats neck....

You know, the ones that drive you mad about 5 mins after you fit it and then you end up spending 2hrs chasing it so that you can take it off again...

Just a thought....:p
