Long shot but just replaced rh rear caliper thinking it would solve my handbrake problem, but it hasn't. They look to me like they come as a set of two joined to the front pull bar. RH side is slack as anything and won't engage fully. MOT have been kind to me so far but would like to get it fixed.

New handbrake cables from Honda are discontinued, so you will need to look for a used one from either UK or most probably Japan.
Each side has an individual cable.
You may be able to remove the cable and try to work it back and forth to free it up perhaps.
