Aircon pump adjuster needed

Just went to fit the belt, the car came without one, and realised i don't have the adjuster. Does anyone have a spare?

Parts # 19, 20 and 21

I'm afraid I don't have a spare, but looks like something you could fabricate quite easily to get you out of a pickle.
19 could just be a few washers put together
20 is the trickiest, but with blowtorch, hammer, and anvil you could flatten one end of a bolt and drill a hole through the flattened bit to create the banjo
21 looks to be just a bolt.
