Hello all-I have a rather odd request and figured i would ask and get pointed in the possible right direction to the owner of this car

I am actually looking to see if the owner would be interested in selling the steering wheel thats in it as I have been looking for one

I can get you one. There are a couple available. How much are you looking to spend? One is about $70USD shipped, it's not in as good shape, and doesn't have a horn button. The other one is about $100USD shipped, but it's better shape (the emblem at the bottom isn't yellowed), and it has a horn button.
