Whats actually wrong with your original engine? You may be better stripping and rebuilding it.

Someone filled it with water, not oil

Its irreperable.

In case you can't find one in the UK, some member bought one from Japan a few years ago. He never posted about how it all worked out so I assume all went well. I don't remember who it was but maybe you can search it and contact him.
