don't know if they still do them new or have a rebuild kit but Steve M should be able to sort a part number out for you if available, if not then try yahoo auctions japan, if you are not confident with that then let me know and I can arrange it for you

You could try a lawnmower specialist.
No seriously, try http://www.diyspareparts.com
http://www.diyspareparts.com/parts/honda/cylinder-assysl-46930ss1003/
Although at that price I'd be looking at a substitute cylinder or finding a seal kit from something else that would fit, even if it meant a new piston.

You can buy separate parts, But if there is any corrosion / scoring on the cylinder then new seals wont last long.
Price is Inc VAT and "stk" denotes if there is stock in Europe.

Sleeving master and slave cylinders is quite common these days. Pistons can be done too.

had a look on the auctions whilst looking for more parts and there are plenty about if you want to go down the 2nd hand route
I've had really good results from http://jp-carparts.com/ delivered in 2 days and only $12 shipping
