Hi there!
Last week i was thinking about an exchange of our cluster or MPH plate from our Beat.
We really would like a original KPH plate/cluster
I've looked at Yahoo Japan for an complete cluster, but maby there is sombody in the UK who wants an exchange?
I do not have an picture from the MPH plate, but here is a video.

I wouldn't mind an MPH plate, although I have no idea how to remove it (seems to be torx screws at the back) and exchanging the whole cluster seems excessive. My plate also has a bit of paper stuck over the "kph", presumably to get past the Irish MOT, but I think that should just come off.
Would it not be possible to get a new plate made up? I can't imagine it'd be too expensive to have one printed.

There was some talk quite a while ago about replacement speedo faces.
(Some contact details there, if they are still valid?)
Unfortunately Nuna is no longer with us to confirm.

seems to be in MPH...

i'm not too sure how accurate that would be, need to see a square on shot but a quick comparison with mine seems that to me that 140kph (86mph)on mine is further round than on the red dialed one?
No bad thing i suppose at least it's reading faster than slower, the 'ton' anyone :)
i'd be interested to know what car/bike they came from, i'm assuming bike going by the 12k rev limit, maybe the white 'redline' quadrant is painted/decaled?

I'm bidding on them only because my tacho is sticking, if anyone else on here needs them I wont bother.

I wouldn't worry Don, tacho sticking is as good a reason than just to open 'em up & look at the faces ;)
saved me a bit of money as well :)

Thank's Dave, just been outbid so I wont bother. It looks like the speedo face on them has been modded to read in mph but the trip and mileometer would still go up in kms - simpler to have an electronic converter and just have a standard set of km clocks read in miles

They're not far from me, although I doubt I'll have time to go down and see them until July at the earliest.
Would there be anyone else interested in dial faces from them in case I can get them made in batch?
just looking at the seller other items that have been listed - looks like this is the infamous monster-beat that is being broken?

...someone likes it, 1 bid on sideskirts and bumpers.
i may not be too sharp sometimes but looking at the pics i'd say you need everything he's got and more?
front bumpers wide so needs the wings with the extra 'tat' on, which needs the bonnet with the other 'tat', skirts need the extra 'tat' on rear wings and the rear bumper to match them. ohhh...and the Matchbox wheels to fill the arches

Did some bids on yahoo on some clusters.
Unfortunaly we've been over-bid for several times at the last moment.
So still looking to exchange the km plate or a compleet cluster.
thanx!
