I know that privalidge do insurance for the beat but can anyone suggest any other companies that will recognise what it is...most have never hearf of it.

I got mine through Tesco. You won't find it on their web site but if you phone them up it's on their database, they even have the version Z as a specific model.

thanks guys... I've actually had a very good quote from renualt insurance (they cover my clio at the moment )
what differences are there betweenn the different versions of the beat?

I use Footman James - worked for me.
BTW I live at Alcester, we must be quite close?

Hi John,
I'm currently just looking at getting a BEAT and was just checking on insurance prices....
I was wondering if I could ask you a huge favour.... is there any chance I could organise to actually have a look at your BEAT>?
I've never actually seen one in the flesh and before I wasted anyones time by viewing one for sale I wanted to an least see one.
I would really appreciate it.
