I bought a set of steel red "Tuner" wheel nuts that use an internal star drive to save you damaging your alloy wheels when loosening/tightening your wheel nuts. This could also be used as a preventative measure to stop people stealing your wheels since they will need the "star" drive piece to fit the nut. (www.rarerims.co.uk, £24)
Since these wheel nuts are internal drive they are not sealed and potentially expose your wheel stud to the elements.
I decided to buy an a4 sheet of 1.5mm neoprene foam which I cut small circles out of to be pushed into the nut to seal it from the elements while not hindering the nuts functionality. (ebay, £2.50)
I also bought a set of Richbrook tyre valves (Amazon, £14) to match the red nuts, they look good, however I will have to wait for my wheels to arrive before I can show you them all fitted to the car haha.
Thought i'd post what i'd been up to here incase anyone was interested!
