They do that round the local housing estates in the UK!!

Yeah, i wish people were allowed to do it around housing estates over here but, in Australia, we have this stupid anti hoon law, if you are seen breaking traction it is deemed that you are a hoon, they impound your car for 2-4 weeks, fine you $500 then the take your licence off you for 3-6 months. School mums doing the shopping have been done for this law!
