anyone know where I can get a brand new bonnet for my Beat..it can only take so many repairs and now looking like it'll need a new one soon.
Prob from Japan, but where?

The part number for a bonnet is 60100-SS1-020ZZ

They are still available from a Honda dealer, but there is no stock in Europe, so it would come from Japan (ETA for a delivery would be September)

Cost is £498.53 inc VAT

Why not try Robins from the US. 246 Euro
I believe others here have had success with them.

UK "bonnet", translates as US "hood".

:suicide: oops, poor translation on my part. Interestingly my Honda Hanes manual reads "see if the fuel filler tube is blocked by using a torch to look down the tube."

I was thinking that a flaming fuel soaked rag on a stick might be somewhat dangerous near the filler tube! :eek:
