Gear oil

Hi, does anybody know what type of gear oil to use in my Beat?
I'm desperate now and need to get back on the road TODAY.!!!

When you say gear oil do you mean transmission oil?

Thats Honda Genuine Ultra U API SE 10-30W or Honda Ultra MTF

is that what you need?

How did the the clutch change go? did you do it youself?

I just used the same oil i put into the engine for the gear box as ozsamuri said 10w-30 is perfect

I finished up taking it to a local tuner and mechanic.
They took the box off, I then took the box to a specialist who rebuilt it, replacing bearings etc. the took it back to tuners who fitted it all back together with new clutch.
WOW it is soooo smooth and sounds so much better,
It even drives at very low speeds in 4th without complaining
(not that I drive it like that normally) but having fun testing it.
Can't wait for next weeks run.
