where abouts are you?
you may find it difficult to register a Beat in France due to having no E marked parts, unless you're very friendly with DRIRE and a CT tester ;)

Yes I know for the difficult way of register an exotic car in France, I "prey" in order to have some dispensations for the glasses, headlamps etc

the best way to begin is to have a ct/mot all clean before going to the Drire ;)
