They can be refurbished if the piston isn't too badly corroded. You should be able to get a seal kit but when I did ours I didn't bother replacing the seal or dust cover.

Front caliper piston 45216-SC2-003 @ £39.41

Caliper seal kit 01463-SC2-000 @ £47.93

1 of each per side.

The caliper sliders can be replace separately as well is they are seized or corroded. 45236-SC2-003 x 2 per caliper.

You could always go to your friendly machine shop and have some pistons lathed out of decent stainless steel and they will then out last the car!!
seals are available separately quite cheap from Honda.
