This is a little tool bag in the boot of My Beat, I know what the long plastic thing is, its for removing bulbs. But what are the rubber things for, they are marked 12 and 13? No pictures in my japanese owners manual

no idea but to me they look like some sort of strap thingy? the ball parts hook into something?
