I need a heater temperature control knob.

Hi,
Does anybody have a heater temperature control knob, or a fan speed control knob or the whole heater panel available?

I could have stripped that bit if I knew a few days ago..I forgot to take this part out (had 1 working knob and 1 broken but fixable)
