A Rear foglamp switch from a 1988-1991 Civic will fit in the place on the dash down by the ignition switch.
The one I got (from the breakers) was from a 4 door 91 'J' reg.
The plug aparture on the back was same shape, just had to move a couple of terminal around in the plug for front fogs (already present on the beat, taped to loom if no front fogs) and then just run a single wire to the rear lamp and used a red bulb/led in drivers side reverse light.
The switch logo is sideway, but it does light up and also has the regulation orange warning light.
