Urgent! Looking for Wheels!!!

I`m surching for my Friend in Luxembourgh a pair of 13" and 14" OEM Honda wheels. He can not get LUX-MOT with 4 14" wheels. It doesn`t matter how they look, steel or aloy. Please help him, cause the sun is shinning!

Do they have to be manufacturers' original wheels or simply the standard size? If the latter other Hondas, GM (Vauxhall Opel) and Renault also have the same hole spacing and may suit.

What my friend needs, are the manufacturers' original wheels.
He can`t get MOT with any other wheels. They have strange rules, there in

i have some he could borrow with good tires - or does he need to buy them?
the only problem would be getting them to luxembourgh... altho i think parcel2go could do it relatively cheaply.

for the front axle take it from the Civic EG3 and for the rear from the Civic EJ type.
