Looking for parts

I have verified my wife's new toy, and made a list of what is lacking or broken :

-Rear Right light (part 33501-SS1-003) slighly broken.
-Plate that should be removed to acces the air filter in the rear (part 65515-SS1-000ZA)

-Cover that goes over the bonnet when open (part 83380-SS1-003).

I think we don't speak about the same part ..
The one I look for is the sort of screw with a spécial washer (see :

On this diagram I search for the parts #14 & 15 .
