Beat accerating very slow and not able to go above 4)mph

Hello

My beat is accerating very slowly and I have to change up gear every 5MPH ish.. it feel like the speed limiter have kicked in even at 1st gear. and further more I can not do anything able 40MPH, even in 5th gear?

I have recently had the ECU fix by ECU doctor.

Does anyone know the case of this and how to fix it?

I wouldn't be driving it at the moment if that's the case, could cause permanent damage.

Like is it reving right when not in gear? Any ECU codes like Wh1teLeopard said?

Why was the ECU at the Doc?

Clutch may be slipping badly if revs are up high with no groundspeed.
