Here's a picture of an engine I am stripping. It had a cambelt replaced not so long ago but not the water pump.

The pump has failed taking the engine with it. There should be no doubt as to whether or not to change the pump whilst doing thge cambelt.

AHH!!! :eek: Good to know. I am doing my waterpump as well with the cambelt change. Some might think this is overkill, but this is EXACTLY why its good to change wear items before they break! For the couple hundred bucks, a waterpump is cheap insurance I guess.
