Buy it now 50GBP. Brand new! I've heard the CDC628 will work, but this is a DC628. Same thing?

Thanks!

depends on the lead from the cd to the radio.

I think its a regular C-Bus male to male cable that all the clarion cd changers use. I wonder if the CDC828 and DC828 are really different?
Thanks,

For next time I can confirm that our autochanger is labelled DC628.

Good to know. Your DC628 works just fine in the Beat with the factory audio system?

Yes, but as explained in a different thread a week or so ago when turned on it reverts to the start of the track which was playing when switched off. This may be a feature of the unit.

I can live with that, but thanks for the heads up. You may be correct, it may be a feature of the unit??
Take care,

what about this one? This is the closest I can find on my side of the pond...
I live in Canada, and there seems to be NO Clarion 628's or 634's AT all for sale in North America...I'm betting it must be a Europe thing? If I got one from the UK, you would figure it would work just fine with the CD's over here as well?
I know that there is PAL and NTSC for video format that makes DVD and such non compatible between Europe and North America, but not to sure about CD's???
Thanks!

You have to be careful with CD's as well I think. They can be ++ or -- format.
I've bought CD's in Florida whilst on holiday and they've worked fine when I got home. HTH.
