Just curious...
I have a 1991 honda Acty pickup (same engine as Acty street van)
The engine code is E07A, 660cc...the same as the engine in the Beat.
The Acty has a carburetor and 34hp and a 7500rpm redline. When driven in the real world, it typically does not like to rev over 5500rpm.
The Beat has EFI and 64hp and a redline of 8500prm, which it frequently likes to visit.
How can 2 engine with the same code be so different? The Beat must have totally different internals (forged, lighter weight components?).
Does anyone know anything about these differences?
Thanks!
