Rocker cover removal

Hi, need to remove the rocker cover (engine in car), I've removed the 2 long bolts at the top and the 2 very short ones down the front (where I can't see), but it still seems stuck. Anyone done this? Know what else I need to remove to get it off? Or know of an existing thread that may help? Cheers, John.

I think from the top of my head (ha ha ha :suicide: ) that the top section of the cam cover may need loosening/removing as it overlaps the rocker cover.

I can't remember exactly so have a look, the side furthest from the dizzy, see if the plastic cover on the side goes over the edge of the cover.

After that it just may be stuck on a little and may need some persuasion to come off.

It's only 4 screw that u mention to remove the cover.:D
