Just mess'in around with some extra styrofoam and glass from a surfboard repair job. Formed a duct. A 4 inch air blower used for marine applications draws the air. Found an adjustible thermostat to power the blower. It's set so that normally after shutdown, the engine compartment heats up and turns on the blower. Note that there are no bolt holes as the system is attached with super magnets to the access panel.

for those who have not played with fiberglass, after the styro is shaped and the glass applied, just pour gasoline on the styro and it disolves.
