Hi all,
Well its been a hectic 6 months since the online store went live - we've gone from just under 4000 products in January to over 6500 now.
We are now offering wheels from Rays, Enkei, Advan, BBS, SSR etc as well as killler products from the usual brands such as Mugen, Spoon, Project Mu (by far our biggest selling product!), Kakimoto, Fujitsubo, Endless..
Our business has grown massively this year from last year just trading on forums and communicating via PM. We now have a simple MSN client system built into our site so you can contact me from 9am until 10pm most days (I am sure Dotty and Milano will back me up on that;) ) and it means if your nasty IT geek has blocked the MSN port you can still talk to me via MSN through the normal PORT80 http uses.. You don't need to login to your MSN, it just asks for your name and a simple 5-6 digit image authentication code.. Easy
Why have we stopped the 5% off for club members? Simple - this doesn't reward you - the loyal customer, for your returned business but rather gives you a flat 5% off like non-loyal customers.
You can now collect points as you shop and choose to use these points against a future order or just let them pile up saving up for those Bride seats..
You MUST have a VTEC Direct shop account for this system to work - its easy (and free) to setup and saves time keep entering your billing/shipping information every time you shop.
£1.00 = 5 points
1 point = 1penny
We will still be offering our normal discount offers (10% off Jun at the moment) - you will not be able to use your points in addition to these discounts but you will still earn points from these purchases..
Our 28 day delivery policy remains unchanged but we are now offering reward points instead of future discounts.. And its very generous at that!
