After a lot of research i finally found aboot rack for my Beat which is stainless,lockable,perfect size and fits by attaching to either side of the boot lid by plastic coated securing plates and cannot be removed without the keys.
This rack is on my Beat now and although it cost is £179.00 inc VAT has proved very useful on my trips to Lemans every year.If your inthe market for a rack heres where to purchase them:
