Mfr Fog or Driving Lights

Just saw what appeared to be a new Mfr light switch for the fog lights (factory option?). Does anyone have this and where is it located, if installed? For the price, I'ld just soon add a rocker switch under the dash.

Righthand side of steering wheel under air vent. If not fitted there should be a switch shaped blank.
