front Fog Lights

Can Someone with those small fog or driving lights that are located in the front bumper slits post a pic. I would light to see if I can duplicate them locally. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for all the replies to previous queries and the posted P/Ns. I think I may have located a local individual who can translate (with alittle more prodding) the major points of the Beat Service Manual. Will post or upload if successful.
