Wet liners?

Does anyone know if the cylinders on the beat have wet liners?


I need to know so we can get these piston rings sorted once and for all :explode:

No, a beat engine does not have wet liners.

This is where the cylinder liner/bore is a separate part to the engine block and sealed at one end with a rubber/paper seal and the other end by the head gasket. e.g. Rover K series.

As far as im aware all Honda engine are integral bore.
