Found out the pistons are fine, it's the bore. So I've got to buy some oversized pistons and rings now :rolleyes:

Pistons from a honda today engine, same bore as the beat but slightly lower compression ratio, 9.8 vrs 10 may suit turbo conversion 30 GBP
