A 12 year old did this to my grandad's fence.

last night at around 9pm, they were only stopped when the neighbour across the road spooked them.
They also tried to break into the garage, and broke our neighbours garage door, twisting it and bending it.
All 5 panels need to be replaced at roughly £60 each, and the door will need replacing at about £600.
All I can say is I hope their parents are proud, words can't describe how angry I am.
