converting speedo from kph to mph

I have imported a Bat from Japan. How do I go about changing the Speedo dial for an MOT. I checked the web and cannot find anyone selling the MPH sticker. Any help would be really appreciated.

Shouldn't need changing for the MOT, Mine passed every year I had it with no problems, You just have to remember that 30Mph was 50Kph etc when you drive it...

I'm sure there are bits available that will convert the signal, just a case of finding one that will fit the beats gearbox speedo drive.
