Hood!! EEeeek

Eeek, my hood is leaking badly!!
After a big downpoor today, I discovered my hood is leaking on the strip of stitching nearest the rear window. From underneath it looks like the sealant used has worn away. Can anyone suggest any type of sealant or water sealer type thingy? I really can't afford a new hood and this is only 3 months old so it shouldn't be leaking! I only bought my beat 2 months ago, maybe I should ask the garage?
Anyone with any suggestions please??

Hi if the leak is from the stiching then go to a camping shop eg Blacks or Army and Navy store,
and get tent seam sealer, it will sort your problem out.
