Please can someone tell me how to strip the distributor,I want to replace the bearings.
I have seen one split but not done it myself.
On the central shaft there is a 3 pointed "star" like component that seems to be just an interference fit i.e. no locating peg,does it affect the ignition timing in any way?,or can it be replaced in any position?
