Mirror Removal

Hi
Tried to remove my wing mirrors the other day but could only get to two bolts which are visable at the top.
This did not move anything, where are the other bolts please.
Has anyone fitted mirrors off another car or after market mirrors?

There is 3 bolts in total but you need to take off the door card to get in at one of them
